Influenza (Influvac Tetra); for ages 3+, both funded and unfunded vaccines.
FLUAD Quad (contains a squalene-based oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant, MF59, to produce a strong immune response in older people); approved for people over 65 years of age at a cost.
FLUCELVAX QUAD (ages 3-64 years) cell-based influenza vaccine, designed to be an "exact match" to the influenza strains that are circulating this year.
FLUQUADRI (free from antibiotics); available for anyone over 6 months of age at a cost.
MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella); ages 3+, given as TWO doses at least 4 weeks apart. A catch-up course will be 1 or 2 doses (based on documented history).
Tdap - Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine (Boostrix); both funded (for pregnant women aged 13+ and other specific patient groups) and unfunded vaccines (ages 18+).
Herpes zoster/Shingles (Shingrix); available unfunded for ages 50+. Funded ONLY in your 65th year of age and people with specific immune condition, given as TWO doses 2-6 months apart. For more information on eligibilty, click here
Human Papillomavirus/HPV (Gardasil); available and funded from ages 9-27 (or for other specific patient groups).
If aged between 9-14 years = TWO doses 6-12 months apart.
If aged between 15-26 years = THREE doses 0, 2 and 6 months apart.
Meningococcal (Bexsero & MenQuadfi); available from age 16 and above. Funded for ages 13-25 entering within the next 3 months, or within their first year of living in a boarding school hostel, tertiary education hall of residence, military barrack or prison. Also available funded for other specific patient groups.
Bexsero (Meningococcal B Vaccine); given as TWO doses 8 weeks apart (minimum of 4 weeks).
MenQuadfi (Meningococcal ACYW); given as a SINGLE dose.
